We’ve introduced new features to the Check-In Reminders functionality in LevelUp — designed to help you engage more effectively with your clients and better understand their needs.
How to Access the Updated Check-In Reminders
Click on the cog icon.
Go to Admin > Reminders tab.
Here, you’ll see new options in addition to the familiar Sticky Note reminder pop-up.
New Reminder Actions
You can now choose from three new powerful actions when setting up a check-in reminder:
1. Send Text
Automatically send a text message to a member when they reach a specific check-in count — perfect for timely engagement and reminders.
2. Add Tag
Tag a member based on their check-in activity. This is useful for segmentation and filtering.
3. Add to Automation
Seamlessly add members to a specific automation flow once they meet the check-in condition. Great for triggering customized follow-ups or campaigns.
