We’ve made a major update — you can now view and manage all member appointments directly within LevelUp, without needing to access Acuity!
This streamlined experience allows you to view, reschedule, or cancel appointments right from your dashboard.
How to Access the New Calendar View
Go to the Calendar tab on the homepage.
If no calendar is selected, choose your desired calendar from the dropdown.
(If a default calendar has already been set, this step will be skipped automatically.)
How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment
Click on the member’s name in the calendar.
Select the appointment date you'd like to change.
Adjust the date and/or time as needed.
Click Reschedule or Cancel Appt — and you’re done!
